Theory:
An ancient Chinese training method to develop internal power and health. It’s a relatively simple set of standing exercises with awareness on
1. Posture and positions
2. relaxation and tension
3. movement and stillness
4. Different breathing techniques
5. Internal sensations appearing and guided
All the above is anchors to the present. The training will improve anything else you do.
It’s about listening to the body and developing and directing internal energy.
This seminar will include performance enhancing breathing techniques, the iron shirt drills and other power generating exercises.
A large part of the training also have meditative aspects and is also conditioning of the mind.
